Pre-Connectorised  FTTH  Indoor  

A pre-connectorised fibre microduct system for internal & external use. This product is intended for use where an installer needs a quick and easy one stop solution for an internal/external drop cable installation. The product comes pre-terminated with a LC or SC connector at the house end. There is a 3mm LFH sheath for internal use, which is covered by a 5mm PE sheath for external use, both protecting the fibre inside the product.

Installation Steps

  1. 1.

    Delivered on coils. Available in lengths of 5m, 20m, 30m & 50m.

  1. 2.

    Plug in Emtelle HomeConnect. Connect into CCP.

  1. 3.

    Slide and adjust the external sheath to expose LFH tube to required length.

  1. 4.

    Run the 3mm cable to exit point within the home.

  1. 5.

    Exit home using internal lead in kit.

  1. 6.

    At CCE secure 3mm LFH & 5mm PE cables.

  1. 7.

    Run the cable to9 the nearest splice or fibre connectivity point.

  1. 8.

    Strip and prepare the fibre.

  1. 9.

    Splice the fibre bare and connect Emtelle HomeConnect at the access chamber or cabinet.
